A2Z Interpreting is now offering Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) services! (interpreted video below)

A2Z Interpreting is now offering Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) services!

Due to teleworking and social distancing mandates in place because of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), A2Z Interpreting is temporarily providing remote interpreting services across multiple video platforms (such as Zoom, Google Hangouts, Skype, etc). Customers will provide their own technology and can inform A2Z Interpreting what video platform they would like to use for their appointment.

Interpreters will continue to follow their ethical guidelines outlined by the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (https://rid.org/ethics/code-of-professional-conduct/), such as strict confidentiality and safeguarding of private information, as well as follow standard practice measures. Interpreters will provide their own equipment and technology. Technical specifications for interpreters require being hardwired to the internet as well as sufficient upload/downloads speed to ensure a clear visual and auditory interpretation. HIPPA compliant VRI services are available by request.

For more details about VRI, please contact us here. We will respond quickly and discuss what options are best for you.

A2Z Interpreting is still offering on-site interpreting as well in necessary circumstances. Please contact us here with requests to allow us to best serve you.

We look forward to providing interpreting service to you during this unique time.

Thank you for supporting local interpreting services!
